Do you offer advice on products?
Yes we’re always happy to help where we can. We spend a lot of time learning about pet wellbeing, ingredients and common concerns so we can better guide customers towards products that may suit their pet.
Are your products suitable for both dogs and cats?
Many of our products are suitable for both dogs and cats, however some are species-specific. Always check the product description or contact us if you’re unsure.
Do you offer bespoke products?
Yes. If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, feel free to tell us more about your pet and we may be able to discuss more bespoke options with our herbalist depending on your pet’s individual needs.
Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?
Yes. We’re happy to work with pet shops, groomers, online retailers, raw food stores, startups and smaller independent businesses. We also offer dropshipping on selected products.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship across the UK, with selected products also available internationally depending on regional import regulations and restrictions.
Can you guarantee a product will work for my pet?
No - we can never guarantee results, just like mainstream or pharmaceutical products cannot guarantee results either. Every pet is different, which is why we believe it’s important to work with the individual pet rather than take a one size fits all approach. If you would like more tailored guidance, please feel free to contact us and we’ll always help where we can.
Are you a vet?
No we are not veterinarians and we do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. We take a more natural and holistic approach to pet wellbeing and work alongside an experienced herbalist with decades of knowledge in traditional herbal ingredients and natural pet care. Our aim is simply to help guide customers towards products that may support their pet’s wellbeing where appropriate. For serious, ongoing or emergency health concerns, we always recommend contacting your vet.
Do natural products replace medication?
There is no single answer to this, as every pet, condition and situation is different.
Some conditions may require lifelong veterinary treatment or more immediate medical support, particularly where pain relief, comfort or quality of life are concerned. Other owners may choose to incorporate natural support alongside veterinary care as part of a longer-term wellbeing approach.
Natural products are there to help support pets naturally, but they should not be viewed as guaranteed replacements for veterinary treatment or prescribed medication in every circumstance. In some cases, owners may feel their pet’s condition is managed well solely with natural support, whilst others may feel a combination of both veterinary and natural approaches works best for their individual pet.
In many ways, it can be similar to people, some situations may require medical treatment, whilst in others people may choose to support their wellbeing with supplements, lifestyle changes or more natural approaches alongside this.
Ultimately, we believe it’s about finding the right balance for the individual pet, always putting their comfort, wellbeing and safety first while working alongside your vet where appropriate.
