Freeze-Drying Explained

Freeze drying (lyophilisation) gently removes moisture from raw ingredients without heat.
The food is frozen, then placed under vacuum so ice turns directly into vapour. This preserves the structure, nutrients, and natural taste of raw ingredients — giving you a treat with the same nutritional integrity as raw, just far more convenient.
